Our entire process and business model is crafted uniquely for SMBs and nonprofit organizations (and their budgets). We understand that many of our clients are on a limited budget, and we want to help you find top talent without being forced to pay top dollar.

Unlike most agencies that charge a percentage of the new hire’s salary as a placement fee (usually a large amount of 20-30%, easily totaling $15,000-30,000+ per hire), we have a more equitable flat fee structure so that you know exactly what you’ll pay us regardless of what you pay your new hire. We also believe this is more ethical and eliminates a conflict of interest, as the salary you pay your new employee does not impact how high or low our fee is.
